Implementation of a Passport 8300 router at the core of a highly secure Department of Defense facility in a fully converged network
Participated in numerous installations of Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express projects
Implementation of Symposium Call Center Server for several Fortune 100 companies
Certified 7 members of High Wire’s staff on Nortel’s MCS 5100 and completed several implementations in 2006
Implemented more than ten HMS 400 servers in 2006 and integrated them with property management systems and PBX
Complete infrastructure rebuild for national wireless carrier of nearly 400 stores in approximately 120 days worth approximately $3 million
Installation of approximately eighty BCM 50 systems for a national wireless retailer in approximately 45 days
Successfully partnered with Nortel Federal Solutions to secure a 10 year contract with the Social Security Administration to deploy and maintain over 1,600 systems starting Q4, 2007.
High Wire service center has met or exceeded over 97% of all service level agreements for partners over the trailing 24 month period (24 months trailing June, 2006).
Successfully handled over 600 service tickets per month through High Wire's 24x7x365 Customer Support Center with 97% customer satisfaction
Participated in the implementation of a 5000 seat CS 1000 switch with thousands of IP end-points including soft phones
Successfully implemented SIP Networking on dozens of CS 1000 switches across North America
