Built from the field back, we have a full PMO, staging and kitting warehouse, 24/7 help desk, engineering practice and people to help customize billing, reporting, and everything in between.  If you didn’t know us, we’d look a lot like an integrator.  The difference is we’re purely B2B.  We will never end up competing with our customers because we focus on services and logistics, not the solution.  We do not sell hardware or software.  We’re the backbone behind a successful rollout or maintenance program.  Everything we touch wraps around a technology solution and we have all the players needed to work independently, if you so choose.

 

To be honest, it doesn’t matter!  Everyone has access to the same technicians today. The gig-economy is alive and well across the US.  That said, there’s only so many 1099 contractors available in every region. How will you attract the right party? We maintain a database of over 11,000 known and vetted contractors so we can make use of these people where and when appropriate. But this list is a living database.  Our value is not the quantity of people we know, but how we manage, communicate and recruit.  We’re interviewing resources right now, because the list just changed again.

We have a learner management system (LMS) which makes use of video on demand (VOD).  Technicians…don’t…read…manuals.  We have an entire engineering group to help pilot your program, and boil the scope into a 3:45 video, along with backup documentation and digitized workflow checklists.  We pair this with SMS reminders, automated training flags, and emergency notifications, integrated right within our customer community portal.  Calling the tech during his workday is an exercise in futility.  We allow the technicians to train when available and convenient, giving them an opportunity to retain the information needed.

Core Tech refer’s to this as “collateral”.  This is because without on-site, real-time check-out with our 24/7 help desk, the technician isn’t paid.  We collect all pictures and site documentation immediately, then post it in a clean, unbranded, hyperlink within our customer community portal for you to see and share before we leave.  Every event, needed or not, will result in us speaking to the technician before he/she leaves.  This gives us the opportunity to verify craftsmanship, compliance and a positive release from site.  This is policed through a series of digital fingerprints, geolocation, and unique release-codes issued through our Hi-Fidelity Information Vehicle Endpoint (HIVE).

We don’t say yes to everything.  We’ll always listen to your need and see if we can add value.  Some projects carry extreme price concessions.  Some customer’s require complete control.  Some projects aren’t conducive to the “bell curve” needed with Core.  We understand pilots and prototypes, and want to help you sell your solution, or remediate your need.  That said, we’re not all singing and fully autonomous.  We always require you, our customer, to engineer and vet the solutions being serviced or deployed before we get working.  We’ll also always require you to be there for escalations along the way.  We can do it together.  Ask and we’ll be honest.
